President: Celia Owen
PC Spring 2023
Celia Owen is a junior Marketing student with an emphasis in sales from Geneva, Illinois. Throughout her last year in Alpha Kappa Psi, she worked as the Service and Fundraising chair and collaborated with organizations throughout Lincoln to better the community. Outside of AKPsi, Celia is involved in the UNL Office of Admissions as a Campus Host and the Director of Social Awareness in her sorority, Delta Gamma.
Celia loves the sense of community and brotherhood that comes along with Alpha Kappa Psi and is very excited to serve as Chapter President for the next year!
VP of Administration: Mandy Lawson

Mandy is a junior Management and Administration double major from Savannah, Missouri. While on the pre-law track, Mandy hopes to graduate with her undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Nebraska. She works at Mattson Ricketts law firm in downtown Lincoln to help further her knowledge of the legal community. In Mandy’s downtime, she loves to compete with the UNL Waterski Club. Mandy currently serves as the VP of Administration for Alpha Kappa Psi.
VP of Operations: Quincy Hubert

Quincy is a sophomore Advertising and Public Relations major from Shawnee, Kansas. Outside Alpha Kappa Psi, she is a member of the Track and Field team, where she sprints and hurdles, and is involved in UNL’s radio station, KRNU. In her free time, she loves exploring new restaurants and coffee shops, painting nails, and spending time with friends. VP of Marketing: Kayla Conti

Kayla is a junior Management and Marketing double major from Fredericksburg, Virginia. Outside Alpha Kappa Psi, Kayla has been involved in Undergraduate Women in Business, CHAARG, and the Student Alumni Association. As a Global Leadership minor, she has also had the opportunity to study in Italy for a semester through the CIMBA program offered at Nebraska. This summer, she interned as a Program Analyst for a defense contracting company. She now works for the UNL Athletics Department as an Academic Tutor. In her free time, she loves to travel, grab a coffee, and hang out with friends. Kayla previously served as Vice President of Membership and hopes to continue creating a community for other students.
VP of Alumni Relations: Meilyn Jung

Meilyn is a freshman Management major with an emphasis on Human Resources. Coming from Seoul, South Korea, she is excited to bring a global perspective to Alpha Kappa Psi. Beyond her AKPsi involvement, she actively contributes to the Inclusive Business Leaders Program in the College of Business. She plans to pursue minors in Clifton Strengths Management as a part of the Builders Program and Psychology in Spring 2024. Since arriving at UNL, she has worked as an Office Assistant at the Business and Finance Center. In her downtime, she loves to watch Netflix/Hulu series, explore charming cafes, and grab dinner with friends. As a newly initiated member, Meilyn is eager to enhance our connection in her new role as Vice President of Alumni Relations and External Affairs.
VP Finance: Gabe Medina

Gabriel is a sophomore Mechanical Engineering major with a math minor from Omaha, Nebraska. Outside of Alpha Kappa Psi, Gabriel has been involved in the Aerospace club. This past summer he interned as an estimating and design intern for Kiewit & Continental Fire and Sprinkler Co. In his free time, he loves to travel, hang out with friends, and golf. Gabriel hopes to continue learning by getting a Masters in Finance, and hopes to work in the aerospace industry!
VP Membership: Angela Genner

Angela is a sophomore Marketing major from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is pursuing a French minor, as this is her 6th year learning the language. Angela pledged in Fall 2023 and has many aspirations in her new role in Alpha Kappa Psi. She hopes to be a welcoming face for prospective members and an active member for years to come. In her free time, Angela likes to get coffee with friends, travel, and binge new Netflix series. She always cheers on the Huskers any chance she gets. This summer, Angela will be studying abroad at Oxford, taking various economics courses.
Master of Rituals: Sullivan Barry

Sullivan Barry is a junior Business Management central with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship. His entrepreneurial journey began at a young age with his lawn and landscape business. Through owning his own business, he has gained valuable experience in managing operations, customer service, and client relationships. Driven by his passion and knowledge gained through studying business management, Sully strives to expand his knowledge and contribute to the ever-changing business landscape, aiming to become an influential business leader.
Social Chair: Brenton Fontes

Brenton is a sophomore Business Administration major from Ventura, California. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Joining Alpha Kappa Psi as a freshman has allowed him to get an early start on building a network that will benefit him later on.
Service and Fundraising Chair: Brayan Van Meter

Brayan is a junior Accounting major with minors in Economics and Data Analytics from Lincoln, Nebraska. On campus outside Alpha Kappa Psi, Brayan is involved in Phi Delta Theta, previously serving as the Vice President this past fall, and is also a member of the Order of Omega. This previous summer, Brayan got to experience studying abroad in Oxford, England, while working as a teller at Union Bank & Trust. He is now a part of the Split Internship Program at the UNL College of Business, working as a tax accounting intern at Lutz. In his free time, Brayan loves to go to sporting events, watch movies, and travel around the world with his friends and family.
Academics Chair: Andrew Wellman

Andrew is a senior Accounting major with a Management minor from Waco, Nebraska. Besides Alpha Kappa Psi, Andrew is involved in his Greek fraternity, Theta Xi, where he sits on the philanthropy committee. In his free time, he likes to play guitar, catch a movie, and make memories with friends. As the newly elected Academic Events Coordinator, Andrew hopes to be a valuable academic resource to the organization.
Social Media Specialist: Kali Burnham
PC Spring 2021
Kali Burnham is a senior double majoring in Marketing, as well as, Criminology. Outside of Alpha Kappa Psi, she has been involved in Alpha Omicron Pi since her sophomore year and was a part of the Business Learning community her freshman year. She previously studied in Rome, Italy in Spring 2023 being able to learn basic Italian and travel to 10 new countries. She is currently interning at Hudl and is a supervisor and lifeguarding/CPR instructor and the YMCA. In her free time, she loves to lift, travel, grab a coffee, snowboard, scuba dive, and spend quality time with her friends and family.

Bree is a sophomore Advertising and Public Relations major with a minor in business administration. Outside of Alpha Kappa Psi Bree is involved in M.A.S.A. and is a member of Lambda Theta Nu Sorority, Inc. This summer, Bree interned at the University of Nebraska Foundation. In her free time, Bree enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
